Meepo Monster 2500: an electric skateboard with a 2.6 kWh battery and a range of up to 150 km.

Meepo has unveiled the Monster 2500, its new flagship electric skateboard designed for long-distance rides and off-road terrain. The model targets experienced riders, with the manufacturer claiming a top speed of up to 80 km/h, a range of up to 150 km, and a maximum load capacity of 300 kg. It is currently available for pre-order on the official website for select batches.

The key feature of the Monster 2500 is its massive 2,592 Wh battery system. It utilizes an 18S8P configuration with 50S cells, offering nominal ratings of 75.6 V and 40 Ah. Charging is performed using the included 75.6 V / 10 A fast charger. The manufacturer states a full charge time of approximately 4 hours. Actual range depends on rider weight, speed, temperature, tire pressure, terrain, and road surface. Therefore, the 150 km figure should be viewed as a maximum achievable under ideal conditions rather than a guaranteed range for everyday use.

Propulsion is provided by two DXW-6890 motors with a combined rated power of 15,200 W—7,600 W per motor. It utilizes the V4.3 Gear Drive system, a geared drive designed to handle high torque. The manufacturer claims the vehicle can climb gradients of up to 70% (35°).

For off-road riding, the Monster 2500 features the proprietary MEEPO FlexForce suspension system. It is a fully CNC-machined, multi-component assembly with dual shock absorbers and a wide base. It is designed to dampen impacts from uneven terrain and maintain wheel contact with the surface.

The wheels here are significantly larger than those on standard urban electric skateboards: 200 × 70 mm pneumatic off-road tires. They are designed for grass, gravel, dirt roads, trails, and rough surfaces.

The deck features a composite construction combining bamboo and fiberglass , reinforced with composite materials and carbon fiber, and is finished with an automotive-grade paint coating. The skateboard’s overall dimensions are 1,195 × 515 × 265 mm , with a wheelbase of 900 mm . However, its superior off-road capability comes at the cost of weight: the Monster 2500 weighs 36 kg . This is no longer a board that is convenient to carry into an apartment or onto public transport on a daily basis.

Technical specifications:
80 km/h | up to 150 km | 75.6 V / 40 Ah / 2592 Wh | 15,200 W | 36 kg | 1195×515×265 mm | 200×70 mm | Gear Drive V4.3 | CNC suspension | charging time approx. 4 h | load capacity up to 300 kg.

The kit includes a J6s remote , a 10A charger, a T-tool, a spare inner tube, bushings, ShredLights, and foot bindings. The manufacturer recommends using the latter only for experienced riders.
Meepo itself explicitly positions the Monster 2500 not for beginners, but for experienced riders who require high power, long range, and off-road capability.

Important: the stated top speed of 80 km/h and range of 150 km represent the manufacturer's maximum figures achieved under ideal laboratory conditions. Real-world range is significantly influenced by rider weight, speed, and terrain. Furthermore, a board of this power requires proper protective gear and riding skills.
