Carbon fiber deck and robust construction
The Diablo Carbon Sport is built around a deck made of 100% forged carbon fiber. This material offers high rigidity at a relatively low weight and withstands heavy loads better than traditional wooden decks. It features the new SuperCarve 2 Forged/CNC trucks, designed for precise handling and stability at high speeds.
Up to 7,000 W of power
Propulsion is provided by two 6374 brushless motors delivering a combined power output of 7,000 W (3,500 W each).
According to the manufacturer, the top speed reaches 55 km/h, and the system is capable of tackling inclines of up to 45%. These specifications make the Diablo Carbon Sport one of the highest-performing production electric skateboards in the Evolve lineup.
Up to 80 km on a single charge
One of the model's key features is the Samsung 50S battery with a capacity of 864 Wh (20 Ah).
up to 80 km range with Street urethane wheels;
up to 50 km with 175 mm off-road pneumatic wheels.
A full charge takes about 4 hours.
Two boards in one
The Diablo Carbon Sport supports the proprietary 2-in-1 system.
97 mm Street — for maximum speed, maneuverability, and range;
175 mm All-Terrain — for dirt roads, parks, and uneven surfaces.
This approach makes it possible to use a single electric skateboard for both daily city commuting and active off-road riding.
New electronics
Control is handled by the EFOC 2.0 controller (50 V / 200 A), which operates in conjunction with the new Phaze wireless remote made of aluminum.

Results
The Evolve Diablo Carbon Sport is designed for experienced riders who prioritize high performance, long range, and versatility. Its carbon fiber construction, powerful motors, advanced electronics, and the ability to quickly switch between street and all-terrain wheels make it one of the most technologically advanced electric skateboards of 2026.
At the same time, the manufacturer emphasizes that the Sport version is intended solely for use on private property or specialized tracks, as its top speed exceeds the limits applicable to such vehicles on public roads in a number of European countries.
